Over the past 20 years, I have dedicated my career to long-term investing, board roles, operational leadership, and consulting—gaining valuable experience with organizations such as Latour and McKinsey & Company before joining Formica. I hold an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
