CR Group Nordic

CR Group Nordic was established in 2022 with the purpose of building an European leader in secure and sovereign cyber security and communication solutions tailored for defence, government agencies and businesses that are critical for society. CR Group made its first acquisition in 2023, by acquiring Tutus Data. In January 2024, West Code Group was acquired and in August 2024, CR Group concluded an agreement to acquire the Dutch cyber security company Fox Crypto B.V.

The company´s expertise ensures seamless, secure connectivity across defence, intelligence, and critical infrastructure, protecting sensitive information against evolving threats. The global annual cost for cyber-crime is estimated to reach 8 trillion USD in 2023, which makes it a significant threat to global digitalization. Increased digitalization across global industries  is identified in Formica’s Solutions Map as a main contributor to reach the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris agreement.
